Title: Protein Bars?

I have heard loads of information about protein and its benifits. I would like to try protein bars but I just can't find any, do they have names? and are they expensive?

There are excessive amounts of bars and different types. Some of your choices could be Power Bars(PROTEIN)-or Protein One Bars. Look in your local drug store or just like "WAL-MART". Ya know local drug and major shopping facilities-they will help you decide when you see the bars and read their labels. Yes many are expensive-extending to 4 dollars a 4 pack-to 15 dollars a 4 pack, so be careful which you buy!

The best thing is to go to a GNC where they specialize in bars. I have been through many types, but Protein Diet by Optimum Nutrition are really good. They are around 15 dollars for 15. Taste awesome, worth it.

the best place to buy protein bars is at a place called natural high (www.nathigh.com) so far this is the cheapest place I have found to buy suppliments. GNC is WAY overpriced on their merchandise!!
