Title: Protein Bars? I have heard loads of information about protein and its benifits. I would like to try protein bars but I just can't find any, do they have names? and are they expensive? Look in your local drug store or just like "WAL-MART". Ya know local drug and major shopping facilities-they will help you decide when you see the bars and read their labels. The best thing is to go to a GNC where they specialize in bars. I have been through many types, but Protein Diet by Optimum Nutrition are really good. They are around 15 dollars for 15.
