Title: Balance In Nutrition

I have been told that you should balance all your meals. You know a % of carbs,protein etc. Does anyone know that if you do not do the proper % would this cause a problem in weightloss. Also just to add I do walk 3 miles 3 days a week and weight train 2 days a week. I am asking because I seem to have neither loss or gained weight in about 2-3 months. I am still about 15 pounds overweight.
