Those Last Pesky PoundsI'm 23 years old, am 5'0 and weigh 125 lbs. I've lost about 10 lbs in the last year. I'd like to lose about 5-8 more lbs but am kinda stuck in a rut. I workout 6 days a week doing a combo of step/kickboxing and treadmill with a little weightlifting. I eat approximate 1100-1150 calories a day. I eat breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner. Is there anything I can do to boost myself to lose those last few pounds?

From what I have read you are suppose to give your body a shock, meaning something new. Try a different kind of work out. The last few pounds always seem to take forever to go away. They will!
