Hopefully you are also watching the foods you are eating. Along with that and exercising you should be seeing results soon. It usually takes six weeks to really see results and for some it takes longer. If don't see any with in the next month maybe you should try a different cardio workout and if that doesn't work go see your doctor ok? Don't give up

The cardio stuff is great but be aware that lean muscle mass helps to burn fat! Resistance training is the best way to build muscle. Watch your diet, be aware of your calorie intake and the ratio of Carbs, Proteins and Fats. Try upping your protein and reducing your Carbs, eating 5-6 small meals/day. Try working out in the morning on an empty stomach delaying your first meal by up to an hour. Drink heaps of water( mimimum 3litres/day). Mix up your workouts and always be trying to increase your intensity when doing resistance training. Throw your scales out and let the mirror tell the story. Be patient with yourself, try and find someone to help keep you motivated. The results will come, like everything knowledge is the key. Learn and read what you can...there is some excellent stuff out there. Hang tough and God bless.
