Title: 4 Pounds A Week I need to start on a diet. I need some advice on what to eat, and the amount of calories to consume please recomend my a way to focus my diet, and my workout. I work out for 30 minutes 5 to 6 days a week and do my toning 5 days a week for about 20 to 30 minutes. I only drink water which is a huge change for me since I lived on soda and tea before. I eat often during the day. Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack and then dinner. Read the food labels. Only bad habit I am dealing with is late night eating. I have started making jello sugar free to take care of that problem. I have lost 10 pounds in a little over 2 months. You do not want to drop 4 pounds a week. One pound a week is the healthy way and the best to keep it off. This is just what Iam doing. check with your doctor before starting any kind of diet. Don't get into the fad diets. Dieting isn't easy, but you will be amazed how you get used to it and so does your body. Just think about all the comments you will get by dropping a few pounds!
