Title: Definition!!!! I am a 19 year old girl. I am 5'2 at 116 and do 5 days of cardio for 35 min and 2 days of weight training for an hour. What more can I do to lose the last few pounds or get more definition? I take in about 1200 cals, 120g of protein, 40g of carbs, and 25g of fat a day. I also take hydroxycuts (6 a day). DO 8LBS, 10LBS, OR 15LBS (IF YOU CAN) FOR YOUR ARMS, SHOULDERS, CHEST AND BACK.FOR YOUR LEGS, QUADS, HAMSTRINGS, THIGHS USE A HIGHER WEIGHT, DO LUNGES AND SQUATS.
