I was wondering if you can give me tips on how i can train for a 6.2 mile run in may.

    Well, not being familiar with what distance you feel comfortable with, I will suggest running the distance you are comfortable with at least 2-3 days a week. On a weekend day, try to pushout your distance in increments, always resting the next day so your body has a chance to recoup. This is how I trained for a marathon.
