Title: Vitamins And Other Important Thingies??? Can someone tell me how much of certain vitamins and minerals i need daily. such as vitamin a,c,d,e,k, and all the b's i need. and other things too, such as iron and potassium and calcium, zinc, magnesium- all u know and can think of!!-what do each one in paticular do for me?? ~PLEASE HELP~ !!!!!!!! I'm no expert nick but since no one else's replied you should eat at least five protion of fruit and veg, nine if you wanna be really healthy. Incorporat them into your meals of have fruit as a snack. If you really, really have a busy lifestyle take a supplement.
