Title: Re: I Need Help With My Chest Muscles!!!!(pecs)

Hi again football freak. See my response to your message below about protein. I think you're on the right track.

Reducing calories is the easiest way to shed any bodily material you don't want, (even your teeth, if you go to extremes. <=that's a joke.)

I have read that some old body builders have had such large pecs that by the time they have gotten old (I didn't get your age,) they need to wear a bra to support the flap of skin that remains. (<= no joke.)

I develop strategies to avoid consuming extra calories, like getting out of the office at lunch time, avoiding office mates going to restaurants, etc.

Also, I snack: a small handful of almonds and a piece of fruit. The combination is good for you. It's a good balance of protein and carbohydrates. (Ask any doctor, if you doubt it.) And I've been reading more and more about the benefits of the oils in almonds, other nuts and sunflower seeds.

    Hope this helps. Good luck.
