Title: What Can I Eat I'm a 14 year old swimmer and I would like to know what I can eat or drink before a meet so that my endurance doesnt let up. Also my days are usually very busy and i have little time to make myself anything healthy to eat. Anybody have any tips on quick snacks that are also healthy ?
