Title: Weight Loss i am not incredibly overweight, bu i do feel i need to lose ten pounds in order to be in good shape and so i can feel better over all. i am curious as to what is the best diet (nutrition and exercise wise) that will help me lose weight and keep it off. Name: Gracie Date: Mar. 8th, 2001 Title: Re: Weight Loss I am a high school athlete. I may not have the best methods for keeping in shape, but they work for me. Basically, I am a soccer player so i run alot, which means in the season i am in very good shape. However off season, i try to run a mile or two daily after school and then hit some weight exercises to get myself some strength. If ya eat healthy and work on that you are on your way to getting in shape. It's njot as hard as they make it seem.
