Title: ~*HeLp NOw~* I am 15 and a fershman in high school. I do varsity cross country, swimming, n track. I am thin. I was 120 plb at 5'6 during cross country season n very happy with that./ I ate 3 meals a day sometimes a snack always ate breakfast, and ate bery good( grains n fruit 4 b-fast, only fruits for lunch n carbs n proteins for dinner) But because of swimming making me so hungry during that season. So i ate worse n gained a little muscle but gained about 15 lbs. Track season has started n i have lost maybe 5. I am now giving up all snack foods n snack basically n trying to get my routine of extra workout after practice in! why am i not losing weight? how cnai safelyt n still have energy needed to run long distance! You say that you're 15? chances are you're still growing. remember that fat isn't the only thing that contributes to your weight. muscle and bone do too. If your bodyfat levels haven't really increased you're probably just be growing.
