More Carbohydrates?Hello. I am an athlete highly active in weight training, martial arts, and cardio work. I'm looking to put on some muscle since I am a rather skinny male and am taking protein powder. I was wondering if taking in some carbohydrates through supplementation would also help as well. I am planning on taking Endorox R4 which contains 50g of carbs and 20g of protein which is carbs at a 4:1 ratio which they recommended for a speedier revcovery. Is this a good idea? Thank you!
