    Adam, You need about 2800-3000 calories per day. 6-11 servings from the Bread Group, 2-4 servings of Fruit, 3-5 servings of Vegetables, 5-7oz of Meat, and 3 servings of Milk each day. And be sure to get some exercise. Do something you enjoy!! Good luck.
