Title: How Many Calories?

I'm trying to loose 5 pounds in three weeks. How many calories should I be eating per day in order to loose that weight?

    I recommend eating when you are hungry. When you do eat, eat until you are satisfied but not full. Eat healthy and don't starve yourself. If you are doing this, you are eating the appropriate number of calories.

    To take off 5 lbs, you should exercise 3-5 times a week for at least 30 min. By exercise, I mean do something you find at least moderately difficult to do for 30 min.
