Title: Habits i have had bad eating habits for the past year. i took in a maximum of 900 cals in a day. i worked out on top of that too. needless to say i lost quite a bit of weight. now, a year later, i'm trying to eat better. i still work out, but now i take in 1800 cals. i've put on around 5 lbs and was wondering if eventually, once my body gets used to this new eating habit, my weight will fall again. i really want to stay at 117 or so. i'm 5'2 and weigh around 122-125 lbs. please help me out. i also drink tons of water, so i think that might add a little weight too. thanks Name: Lizz Date: Feb. 28th, 2001 | 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | 6 | 7 | 8 | 9 | 10 | 11 | 12 | 13 | 14 | 15 | 16 | 17 | 18 | 19 | 20 | |
