Title: What Kind Of Nutrition Plan ?

I weigh 235, 20 yrs old,
heavy bone structure, and
work out heavily whenever I
can. I'm a 3rd year college
student with a job and
heavy courseload, so I don't
always have the time to
work out as I'd like to. I eat
healthy food, cut out the
soda completely, do not
drink any alcohol, eat a
cookie every once in awhile.
Is this a good nutrition
plan? Help me out here
please, because I do not
seem to be losing any fat. I
have bigger muscles
though :)

I am 21 and i just started lifting weights and eating healthier. It sounds like you're doing what i'm doing except I work out 6 days a week. I went from 215(beginning of dec) to 193(currently). I think you're on the right track. Just don't think you're going to lose weight dramatically. It will come.

what do you mean by "work out heavily"? you need to do cardio.. at least 45 minutes of it.. until you are sweaty and your heart rate is up.. several days a week to burn off fat.. also weight train a few days a week to build muscle.

also what do you mean by "whenever you can"? you need to fit exercise into your schedule.. can't go to the gym? put on your sneakers and run out the door.. go for a jog.. it's free, easy and quick.. this is cardio so it will burn the fat!!!
