Title: I Can't Control My Binges??help For the past month, i have really been trying to loose the extra pounds i have put on since i started college. No matter what i do, i always end up binging on junk food, mostly sweets! I will eat good for a day, and after that its down hill. I exercise at least 4 times a week, for an hour at a time, yet can't seem to shed pounds. How can i change my bad eating habits???? I have found low fat graham crackers really help with my sweet craving. Fruit cups and try keeping veggies cut up and in the refrig ready to eat. I had the same problem but I have learned that eating a low calorie snack mid morning and afternoon help me not binge. Whatever you do don't give up on the exercise. Hope this helps a bit. Date: Feb. 27th, 2001 Title: Re: I Can't Control My Binges??help space out the time you eat, always eat breakfast(cereal and juice) b/c it is a proven fact that if you don't eat breakfast for a year you will gain a additional 10 pounds, for lunch try subway or just a sandwhich and for dinner make something with meat and veg. (not pizza) and only eat when your stomach growls b/c if you do not eat your stomach will realize it and will retain the fat and you will not lose any fat so just eat right and if you have a sweet tooth eat some fruit or animal crackers.
