Title: How Meny Crabs

1. How many crabs/day should we take. Can we say that 3 slices bred /day is OK.
2. I have some 1100 to 1300 kcal/day. My everyday diet is healthy (3 fruits, 3 slices of bred, 1/2 lt. of milk, 1 yoghourt, 120 to 150gr. of proteins, salad, vegetables, 30gr. branflakes, 1 coffee & twice a week 50gr of high quality chocolate). I don't eat fat (2 sp. olive oil in my salads, + 30gr cheese some days). I hear that we should not have law-cal-diet so we wakeup the starving system in our organism. But how can I have more calories. I do gym 2h a day (aerobic & weight training). Thank you.
