Title: Calories Or Fat what do you look for to lose weight the calories or the fat. well you know when you look at the nutritional stuff it shows on the back of the box. what should i be looking at. So each gram of fat yields 9 calories. If you cut fat, you will cut calories. However, it does not work the other way around. If you cut calories, you won't necesarily cut fat. If you are trying to lose weight, I would suggest cutting fat, as well as caloies. Your body needs some fat, so don't completely cut it out, but do tone it down. You also do need carbs, so don't be lured into the no carb diet. Just keep it balanced. For more info on losing weight, see what I wrote to the girl who asks "you, yeah you, help me."
