Title: Supplements I am a physically active 22 year old female who trains with a croo-country running team about 5 days a week. I currently take the following supplements; a multi, iron (I have anemia), a B complex, Calcium and Vitamin C. I also take a Ginkoba Biloba pill with a cup of panax ginseng each day. Is there any specific order in which to take these vitamins, and are there any of these supplements that should not be taken together? I was also wondering if there is anything else I should be taking.
