Schedulewhen is the best time for me to eat based on my "odd" schedule? i get up at 3:30 a.m. and work from 4am to 1pm. i take a nap somewhere between 2 and 5pm.. i go to the gym from 5:30 to 7pm.. and i'm in bed by 10pm. changing the schedule isn't an option. the problem is that if i eat after work and after the gym.. i end up going to sleep too soon after eating.

I think the best time for you to eat would be right be before you take your nap, so you can sleep and let your food settle and then go to the bathroom before you hit the gym. hope this helps
