Title: Body For Life I have been working out for a little over two years, but I have just started on the Body for Life program. My goal is to look fit, but not fat or bulky. This program requires me to do heavier weights and eat more protein than I normally would. Does anyone know if this diet is healthy? Also, should it make me bulk up or add unwanted pounds? I am a 21 year old female. Name: Mary Ann Date: Feb. 22nd, 2001 Title: Re: Body For Life This book seems to be right on target. I know a few people who have followed it and look great. I have a harder time due to the sweet factor now and then. But it has all the nutrients we are suppose to eat. Lean meats, fruits and veggies is all we should really eat. Its about as healthy as you can get. Don't worry about bulking up. Females have a hard time doing that without drugs. The workouts that are involved are not long enough to get you to the bulk level either. Stick with it!
