Fit For Lifehas anyone tried harvey diamond's "fit for life" program? if so, what were your experiences? this program is all about food combining.. you eat fruit all morning and after noon, you don't mix carbs and protein, but you can eat veggies with either one. some friends and i tried it with great results but i fell off the program. i'm trying to get back on, but it's harder this time. i'm just curious how anyone else is doing with it.

reply to chris: the theory is that you ease the digestion process on the body.. thereby giving your body more energy throughout the day. the book claims your body wastes energy trying to digest food... and if you eat high water content food, it's easier on your system, gives you more energy and you lose weight.
