Title: Eating Before Exercising

I work out at 7am before work. Should I eat something before I go? If so, what should I eat?

    I would definately eat something, even if it's just a granola bar or toast...I didn't eat once and I lost my vision driving home and it was pretty scary...I was able to pull over before it totally disappeared, but it's something that can happen to anyone. And yes, it did come back after a couple minutes of lying down.

    Yes. I would eat something before you go workout. But do not eat to much. A good energy booster that works for me is peanutbutter and honey sandwitch with 100% whole wheat bread. After your workout wait a half-an-hour before you eat breakfast. For breakfast I would eat a boul of cereal and scrambled eggs or any way you like them. Try It!!!
