Weight Losshelp! i have been exercising hard for five weeks.. it seems like i have no results. i'm doing at least 45 mins of cardio 5 or 6 times a week.. plus weight training about 3 times a week. i've been eating good too.. it seems like i used to be able to whip myself into shape.. but now i'm 30 and wonder if those days are over. any advice on diet or exercise or when i should expect results? i used to be a yo-yo dieter and exerciser.. but vowed this time was for good.. but i'm getting frustrated with the lack of progress.
