cut your carbs by 50% eat high protien , steak , chix
fish , cheese, sandwich meats
eggwhites all you want and dont be afraid to eat the greasy stuff, bacon , ham sausage& butter . It has done wonders for me .I dont eat bread to much and rarly eat rice& pasta its a once a month thing for mei replace these things with fresh steamed veggies,you do have to sacrafice those yummy things i have lost 20lbs and dont feel hungry at all ever. my friends dont understand how i can be thin and eat so much.
The most important thing i do which has completly change the look of my body EXERCISE
once you do it there is no going back its completly addicting. i dont live to workout ,i workout to live iam happier,healthier try it people, your going to love the way you look & feel ...")

If you'll need help with being fit all you have to do is .
At least go outside and work on the garden or the yard.
Go jogging just drink plending of water and maybe some juice.
But don't be lazy.
