Title: Water And Diet!!! Hello. I don't know much about health and fitness and need a lot of help. I an 18, 6ft and about 200 lbs. I REALLY NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT! And on top i'm a vegetarian...go figure. Anywayz, I tried the gym but really i cant get any time cuz of all my work. I need to know what I should be doing to lose weight. what should i eat?? i know fruits and veges...but how much of each...everyday?? THANX I herd bout drinking a LOT of water....how much should i drink though?? And how does it help..could someone explain? Does it juss keep me full and so i dont eat as much...if so..it's not working... I do exercise about once a week for an hour and half...but thats about it. I really appreciate the help.
