Title: Every Day Diet in about the past 9 months i have lost 50 pounds by doing 30-40 minutes on an elliptical machine and a half an hour of abs 4-6 days a week. lately i have increase my calorie intake back to about 2,000-2500 calories per day. in the morning i have either a banana or bagel with a medium coffee. for lunch i have either a turkey sandwich with a salad or a bowl of soup with a roll and have whatever my parents are making for dinner. my real problem is snacking later at night. my question is how many calories do i need to burn a week to maintain my weight or lose the fat around my abs.
