Title: ...losing The Tummy... I do a 55 min. workout 3 times a week (cardio and lower body strenghtening). I watch what and how much I eat. I've lost weight doing this, but it seems as if I'm losing everything but my tummy. I know that crunches are good, but without the tummy gone there is no way to see the toned abs you've worked so hard for. I think that it comes down to overall bodyfat percentage. If you cut down on your fat intake more, eventually as you lose more weight your waist will thin out as well. As for me, the easiest way to lose that annoying tummy is not to eat anything after 6 pm. If you go to bed late at night try to have your last meal at least 4 hours before bedtime. After that, you are only allowed to drink water. After a few days you'll notice a great difference - your tummy will vurtually disappear! The only disadvantage is that you have to keep this habit if you want to keep the flat tummy. And you still need to exercise to strengthen the muscles!
