Title: Protein Supplements And Creatine: I Need Some Help Here!!

Hey, i'm 15, and i'm plannig to gain some weight and build muscle. Well, actually, i already gained weight. I was at 115 pounds, and now i'm at 125 pounds. But this is what has been bugging me since last week. I bought a protein supplement at GNC. "Designer. America's #1 Protein Supplement". It says that it's better than whey, casein, egg white or soy. I also bought creatine. Yeah, i know i have to eat like 6 times a day and stuff. But i dunno how to suministrate this supplements. They guy at GNC explained me, but i got kinda confused.. plz, could someone help me out with this? I've been taking it like this: meal , supplement, meal, supplement, meal, supplement.
and i take the creatine 30 minutes before working out.

But this guy from GNC said that i should take creatine before working out, and after too for 4 weeks. then, i should stop it for 5 weeks, and then, repeat the 4 weeks intake.

but i don't know..

i reallyt need help.

    OK.

    First thing first, Don't go crazy lifting weights and taking suppluments at your age, thats what I did and felt fatigued for almost 2 years as your still growing (your body is trying to repair your muscles as well as grow)Creatine 2 main uses is to hold water in the muscles, so first of all drink PLENTY of water throughout the day to stop from getting dehydrated (over 8 glasses.) Take creatine about 3/4 of an hour befor training and after, the guy you spoke to is right, don't take creatine for longer that 5-6 weeks without a long break of at least 1.5 months. Never take more than 5 grams a day and a loading phase is NOT needed. As for your diet make sure you keep your protein level high fats to a medium and avoid sugars and junk food whenever possible, try not to eat too much carbs after about 5pm.
