    Amanda,

I'm not sure you are counting your calories correctly, but if you are you are definitely consuming too few calories on a daily basis.

Minimally you should be consuming 1200 calories. This is amount your body uses just to perform basic functions. In actuality you are expending even more than this and should be consuming between 1500-2000 calories a day.

I'd suggest talking to a nutritionist who can examine your food intake and can give you the information on how many calories you are consuming. This way you have accurate info.

Are you crazy? 250-350 calories is so low that I don't think you could possible be counting right. That is like one bagel a day..do you mean 2500?
If you calculations are right, I think you may have a problem and should seek medical help. You should be taking in at least 1600 calories and day and 20 grams of fat, and even that is a sparse diet. Plus you exercise?? How do you have any energy to do anything?

like the others have said, it seems impossible o me to consume as few as 250-350 calories a day. A glass of milk can have roughly 100 calories, a serving of yogurt the same, even a banana has at least 50 calories. I'd suggest you take a look at an online calorie counter (I believe there's one at this site). For a few days write down everything you eat. Go to one of these calorie counters, total everything up and see how many calories you've taken in per day.

If it really is that low, you should definitely be taking in more. Like Steve mentioned, if you aren't sure what to do, the best thing is to see a nutritionalist.
