Title: Vegetarian Diet I have been a vegetarian for over a year and a half now. When making the switch from meat eating to not, I lost about 6 or so pounds. I would love to eat a high protein low carb diet now but i am afraid the switch will cause me to gain weight. Does anyone have experience on this. I currently dont eat fish, poultry, or red meat.
