Title: Contolling Eating When Your On The Rag i have a problem with controlling my hunger and eating when i'm having my period. does anyone know any tricks to prevent this awful habit? Wheneve I'm feeling hungry I simply eat fruit and cottage cheese or munch on baby carrots. I'm a college student, so I normally carry some carrots and triscuits to class with me. Then I find myself not getting hungry during the course of the day. But gettting lots of water is the key. It probably seems worse at the time due to the fact that your moods are crazy,too. I think you might actually need a little more food when you have your period(no more than 300 calories).
