Contolling Eating When Your On The Ragi have a problem with controlling my hunger and eating when i'm having my period.
does anyone know any tricks to prevent this awful habit?

Drink tons of water. It's a must. Wheneve I'm feeling hungry I simply eat fruit and cottage cheese or munch on baby carrots. I'm a college student, so I normally carry some carrots and triscuits to class with me. Then I find myself not getting hungry during the course of the day. But gettting lots of water is the key. Good luck!

I think a lot of women have this problem. It probably seems worse at the time due to the fact that your moods are crazy,too. I think you might actually need a little more food when you have your period(no more than 300 calories). Don't beat yourself up about it.
