Protein Vs Carbs.....carbs Vs Protein Blah BlahJust wondering, exactly how do you know the percent of carbs and protein your eating. I mean I know every one is different in the amounts they should consume to keep them healthy and loose weight. For starters should I try 60% protein and 45% carbs.
