Title: Help With Upper Body

Hey I need some help with my upper body. I don't need to lose weight b/c I am skinny. I don't want to compete on stage but just have a nice upper body. If anyone has a good diet and workout plan that would help me get my upper body ripped with a lot of muscle mass, I would really appreciate it.

If you're looking to put on muscle, your best bet is to keep the reps low, say 6-8 and use heavier weights. Don't do this to start but when you having been practicing your workout regimen for a while. Also try supersetting opposing muscles groups such as biceps and triceps together. This will stimulate your muscles both aerobically and anaerobically. If you are naturally skinny, you probably have a high metabolism and need to eat more frequently to increase muscle mass. Try either increasing overall caloric intake or supplement with meal replacements which have high carb and protein content. I would recommend this over straight protein shakes because a high metabolism needs the extra carbs as well as the protein.
