Title: I Need Some Extra Help Help, In the last two years I have lost 70 pounds. I was 270, and now i am 200. I find it vary hard to lose anymore weight. I have up my workout, and I eat a low fat diet. I drink a gallon of water a day. What else can I do? I am 31 years old, and i am 5'7. Name: Ja'na Date: Jan. 27th, 2001 Title: Re: I Need Some Extra Help Ja'na, I was in the same situation you are in now. I went from 380 to 330, I'm 5'11" and 33 yrs. old. Does your workout consist of weight training? How large are your meal portions? And, how often do you eat? Now that I have lost weight, I began a weight lifting program. Putting a strain on your muscles, help burn fat. My portions are no bigger than my palm and my meals consist of one protein, one carb, and one vegetable. If you find your self in a rut, don't give up. Hang in there. I to find myself wanting to give up because I don't see results. Keep at it. By the way, I lost my 50 lbs. in under one year. Good luck!
