The Grocery StoreHey if anyone can give me a list of really quick meal or snack ideas that are good in nutrients and low in fat. Like yogurt or slimfast. Things that don't take any prep or cooking time. Thanks

Any type of raw fruit or veggie (you can get pre-cut carrots and celery now).
Canned (in natural juices) fruit.
Peanuts or any type of nut.
Nutrigrain bars
Cottage Cheese
Whole wheat graham crackers
Lowfat cheese and whole grain crackers.
Peanut butter on crackers (you can prep this ahead if you want - it only takes a minute).
I'm sure others will have a lot more - these are just a few 'healthy' ideas!! They are also quite satisfying!
