Title: College Blues

i am an 18 year-old female and a freshman in college. i workout daily and i am a vegetarian. i keep gaining weight because my eating habits are all messed up and i am always hungry while sitting in my room for hours. please give me some tips to help maintain good body weight and remain healthy. thanks!!

    Being a vegetarian will put you in a high carb low protein situation. Soy protein is your best bet. There are lots of soy based products on the market but you still must watch your carb intake! endevor to lower your carb intake, check out which veggies are high, and which products are high..lower the carb intake by about 50% only too start off with and loose unwanted pounds then set your self a daily intake. Check out "Carb Solutions.com" with their products you won't go hungry. Soy is also helpful during PMS times.
