If you just drink it and don't work out afterwards, those unused carbs turn to fat. If you watch the Slimfast commercials of people saying how they lost all this weight because of it, you will notice that at the bottom of you T.V. screen, it will say "Results not typical". It is loaded with sugar and has very little protein. You would be better off eating fruit and cheese, which will fill you up a lot more.
