Title: Any Ideas?

I know Im not overweight and I eat fairly healthy and I get excersise, but not as much as I want. Id like to lose just a couple of inches off my waist and improve my cardiovascular system. I play tennis all summer and spring but in winter there is snow on all the courts and roads and so I can't run or play. (The indoor facilities are too expensive for me) I just want a fitness idea of what excerises I should do every day and/or week and what should I eat at the 3 meals of the day.Thank you!
