Title: Weight Gain And Exercise

I'm 6'2" tall and weigh 190 lbs, which I'm told is not a bad weight for a person of my height. I have two questions. Question 1: Now that I'm working out, shouldn't I be gaining weight since muscle weighs more than fat. How much weight should I be gaining before panicking. Question 2: How much food (how many calories) should someone of my build be receiving daily. I think I'm not eating enough for gaining muscle mass. I've heard you should have about six small meals. How many calories should be in each. Could you give some examples of some of the meals? Thanks a lot.
