Title: Protien

I have heard conflicting things about protien supplimetns. I heard that they are needed for people who work out, but a reliable sourse told me that they are uneeded. Should I, or shouldn't I use protien suppliments? If yes, then what is the most effective?

You are better off getting protein from actual food sources!! (lean red meats, turkey, chicken, nuts, cottage cheese, lowfat cheese etc..).

If you feel you are not getting enough protein, see a dietician or nutritionist and they can help you find other sources!!!
