Here's an example: Say you got the lovehandles first, then the gut, and then something else. When you start to excercise you will lose the something else first, then the gut, and lastly the lovehandles. The excercise and the amount of time is a factor too. Running everyday and doing lots and lots of crunches is the best way to get rid of them. Not saying it doesnt do any good, of course it does. Believe it or not the best thing for your gut is walking. I have always read in Exercise books that the best thing for your waistline is walking.
