Title: Calories Hello everyone. I have been working out for about a month now and I really love it. Im in allright shape but im just getting of my body fat and toning my muscles. My question is about calories. What is the daily number of calories one should be taking in. I have three thousand and two thousand. Just wondering if someone could give me an answer.
