Title: Binge

I don't know what it is, but I can't stop food bingeing. I work out 4 days a week including cardio and weight training, I go for a week and bang I eat like a horse everything in site, and I can't stop myself. I feel the weight going on and I just can't stop eating. I'm at that stage at the mo all I crave for is chocolate and crisps. What can I do? I just eat for the sake of it? Anyone else do the same?

It sounds like you might have an eating disorder (Compulsive Eating Disorder). Have you sought help from a professional for it.

There are probably underlying reasons why you are binging that you don't want to deal with!!!!! Really think about it!!!

binge, Are you having these cravings around that time of the month? Women suffering with PMS often crave these types of foods, and no matter how much you work out sometimes it just cant be stopped. Hormonal balance. But as long as you continue to work out, and watch your diet I think you will be fine. Sometimes if you binge "occasionally" it is not a problem. When we workout, we sometimes deprive our bodies from glycogen. When we binge we store some of that and it helps the muscle. Are you eating any carbs? Sometimes when we try to cut carbs out completely, we also binge.

Brenda is correct, my binge is right befor I start my cycle. Soy products seem too help me through this and also I binge on carbs. Too help me through this I have found "Carb Solutions" Protein bars and shakes, "Chocolate" the wonderful "Chocolate"!!! It does help me from binging on things I should not.
