Title: To Diet Or Not To Diet??

I need to loose a bit of weight, but i don't want to go on one of those stupid "you can eat two raisins at 2:00, and one piece of chicken for dinner" diets. what should i eat?

    Don't diet, just cut down a little. Try to eat healthy foods and be sure to drink a lot of water throughout the day. Exercise too!!!

    Forget about diets - they are only a band aid to an underlying problem!!! (like eating too much or not exercising or eating unhealthy)

      I agree. Don't think of it as a diet, try to fill up on healthy food (fresh fruit, vegetables, high fibre bread, fish) and drink lots of water. Increase your exercise but be careful not to increase your food intake because you feel you deserve it after a workout. Try and wait at least half an hour after exercise before eating and then reach for a banana or an apple or similar.
