Title: Please Help Me!! I Need To Loose Fat And Inches Too I am too fat and i need to loose weight. right now i am 5'8" and weigh 140 something lbs. any idea's on how to loose weight? i eat fairly healthily, (i think,) i am a vegetarian. i have a fairly busy schedule and i can't exercise too regularly. I run on a treadmill 2-3 times a week for 40 min and I workout at karate twice a week for 45 min - 1 hr. Does anyone have any good diet idea's that would help me loose weight? does anyone have any exercises which will give ya a smaller butt? i want to start modeling, but i need to loose the inches there too. my hips are 37" - 38" and my waist is 28" I need to decrease them both to 34" -36" hips and 24" - 26" waist. I Need To Loose Fat And Inches Too Jamie, I don't think you have any sort of fitness problem in terms of weight and/or body fat. All the numbers point to someone at a very healthy range. All I will suggest is adding some weight work into the routine. This will help tone some of the muscle areas, although my guess is you are pretty well toned all ready. Given all this, my advice would be to seriously think if you are really out of shape. Look at the people you see every day. Are you more or less fit than them? I Need To Loose Fat And Inches Too Jamie, well i know one good exercise for your butt. You hold weights in both hands 5-15 pounds. Then you act like yur going to sit down. Pretend yor sitting and hold it there for 5 counts. do 3 sets. it strenghtens your muscles and you'll loose fat. I'm 5'6 and i have 28" waist and 37-38" hips to and i've been looking for to shed some extra pounds too.
