Title: Hey You! Yeah You! Please Help Me Hey perhaps you can help me. I am a sixteen year old girl struggling with my weight. I am not completely overweight but i am chubby. I'm cool about counting caloreis and I'll count fat-no prob! However, everybody tells me to do cardio stuff, and protein junk and stuff..but hey, I'm a busy teen i don't really have time to do that my workout is a cheerleading practice or game, a jog around the gym, or if i'm lucky a twenty minute aerobic workout with some free weights. It's impossible for me to get to a gym..and financially...so I guess what I'm asking is for some real advice...like calorie amount, fat amount...things like that...i'm 5'7 and like 176 pounds large frame, female. Thanks for your time and understanding! Name: Sereena Date: Jan. 12th, 2001 Title: Re: Hey You! Yeah You! Please Help Me Just watch what you eat. If you aren't very active ( I don't know how active cheerleading is) then cut down on the carbohidrates you take in (ie. rice, bread, pasta). They turn into fat easier. If you are still hungry, try eating more protiens in your diet. If you are in school, that is the best place to excersise. You have a gym, wieght room and more, plus all the programs they offer. If you feel you need more exercise and want to loose that wieght, try to get on the track and field team, volley ball, soccer, etc. You will benifit from all the acitvity. I am no expert, but I have tried things like this and studied about it, too. Just do what you feel is right and study about the different ways to loose access fat and be fit as well.
