Hi man, you must eat three meals daily, in each one:
-three rations of cereals or potatoes
-two rations of fruis or
vegetables
-1 piece of meat or milk or milk derivates
-a lot of water
You also need two litle lounches, you can eat:
-one or two cereal bars or one or two fruits
