I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT FOODS I SHOULD EAT IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN A CORRECT DIET...I DONT WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT,NEITHER GAIN...I JUST WANT TO EAT HEALTHY...IM 5'11 AT 185 LBS.. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME OUT...

    Hi man, you must eat three meals daily, in each one:
    -three rations of cereals or potatoes
    -two rations of fruis or
    vegetables
    -1 piece of meat or milk or milk derivates
    -a lot of water

    You also need two litle lounches, you can eat:
    -one or two cereal bars or one or two fruits
